Appointment Information

We are excited to announce that our books will open for virtual appointments starting

May 19, 2025, and for in-person appointments beginning June 2, 2025.

Our physical location is located at:

1195 Old Hickory Blvd, Suite 101, Brentwood, TN 37027.

Please note we are currently accepting Cigna and Aetna insurance plans.

United Healthcare and BlueCross BlueShield coming soon.

If your insurance is not yet accepted we can provide GYN visits on a cash pay basis.

We can provide patients with a super bill to submit to their insurance for reimbursement.

All cash pay GYN visits will be $150 for the months of June and July

(excluding pellet visits)
